Our Efficiency Suites have a private bedroom with queen size bed, and a separate living room with queen sleeper sofa or 2 Loveseat Twin Sleepers. There is also a full bath, and a kitchenette fully equipped with cookware and dishes, 2 burner stove top, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and eating area. Our suites accommodate up to four guests.   We couldn't call the appearance of the property "elegant"; "utilitarian" would be more like it. But the rooms that we had were comfortable and clean and everything worked as it should. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchens. The view overlooking the marsh in back of the motel is a nice change from the standard parking lot vista elsewhere. And the location was handy both for the town and -- importantly for us -- easy access to Chincoteague NWR. All in all, great value for the price and easy to recommend.
